Fairway Management is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Tech I to provide basic residential maintenance support, assistance with unit turns, and curb appeal. The successful candidate will be punctual, enthusiastic, and proactive, with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, hotel maintenance, or related experience
Ability to lift a minimum of 55lbs, work in enclosed spaces, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
