Job Description
Fairway Management is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Tech I to support the upkeep and day-to-day operations of apartment communities and single-family rental subdivisions in the affordable housing market. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, 0-2 years of basic maintenance experience, and a keen eye for detail. This part-time regular position is in-person at our St. Louis, MO location.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of basic maintenance experience
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 55lbs
