Role OverviewAsbury is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to perform general maintenance tasks, minor repairs, and alterations. The successful candidate will work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend and holiday. The role requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent and 1+ year of related experience. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience, with HVAC experience preferred.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Tech I will receive and follow maintenance schedules and instructions, perform minor repairs, and complete tasks as directed by supervisors. The role involves snow removal, carpentry repairs, and maintaining a clean work environment.
