Job Description
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician II at Trailside Heights I, II, III in Anchorage, Alaska. Responsible for overall maintenance of the property, including preventive maintenance, painting, and repairs. Entry-level position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of full-time experience in building maintenance
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to follow proper safety protocols
  • Knowledge of basic machinery and tools
  • Construction experience and/or maintenance of equipment and utility experience
