Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join our team at our Hazleton, PA bakery. In this role, you will provide advanced technical maintenance support across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and computerized bakery systems to reduce downtime and ensure equipment reliability.

Requirements

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic bakery equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain and program PLCs and instrumentation systems to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Execute major equipment overhauls and test machinery following repairs or changeovers.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to support equipment reliability and production schedule needs.
  • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and documentation to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address equipment concerns and support continuous operations.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
