Job Description
The Maintenance Tech is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the building and maintains the physical asset of the property in a clean and sanitary condition under the direction of the Property Manager.

Requirements

  • CA Driver's License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong experience using electronic tablets or other mobile devices to report work
  • Experience using UpKeep (or similar) preventive maintenance software
