Job Description
The Facilities Technician will maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of facility buildings and grounds through routine cleaning, machine operation, and repair tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of relevant experience as a Maintenance/Facility tech
  • In depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Hand on experience with hand and electrical tools
  • Skilled in the operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment and machinery
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina
  • Current computer literacy is a must, including full proficiency in the use of the entire Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and a working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems a plus
