Role OverviewThe Maintenance Tech will perform routine maintenance, complete repair work, and support the upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. What You Will Do
Complete assigned maintenance and repair tasks, walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness, condition, and safety, and respond to guest service requests and reported issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements
- General understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Ability to learn and advance technical skills with supervision
- Familiarity with the safe use of hand tools, power equipment, and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Clear and courteous communication skills
- Time management and prioritization of multiple maintenance tasks
