Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair duties. This position requires the ability to work different shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours outdoors in different weather conditions. Teamwork with the ability to work within different departments and with other staff is necessary to be successful.
What You Will Do
Perform general maintenance duties such as plumbing, carpentry, furniture, electrical and appliance repairs. Provide daily maintenance in resident apartments and throughout the community as assigned. Assess, assign, and follow up on daily work orders.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Good handyman skills and good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills.
- Familiarity with common tools and common repair techniques.
- Good organizational skills and a good working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical skills.
