Role OverviewMaintenance Technician will assist in the maintenance and upkeep of apartments, buildings, common areas, and grounds. The role requires a team player with diagnostic and repair skills in various trades, good communication skills, and ability to work flexible hours.
What You Will Do
Perform maintenance and upkeep tasks, inspect property for cleanliness, report suspected lease violations, and participate in apartment turn-key process and preventative maintenance programs.

Requirements
- Basic knowledge and experience in Appliance Repair, Carpentry, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Painting
- Ability to read and comprehend documents
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and criminal background check
- Access to dedicated and reliable transportation
- Able and willing to work flexible hours and participate in the on-call rotation
- Must provide basic hand tools
- Able to prioritize and schedule work assignments according to property needs
- Ability to work with confidential information
- EPA 608 Certification Type I and Type II (preferred)
- Able to perform the essential physical qualifications
