Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician will work on a wide variety of projects involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, and general building maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on HVAC experience and be comfortable troubleshooting and maintaining heating and cooling systems.
What You Will Do
Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the lodge, guest rooms, cabins, restaurants, and public areas. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment. Complete maintenance work orders from various departments in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
- Previous hands-on HVAC experience is required.
- Experience in hotel, resort, commercial, apartment, facility, or general building maintenance is preferred.
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate repairs.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Dependable attendance and the ability to work independently.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and coworkers.
- Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule of 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.
- Ability to respond to after-hours or emergency maintenance needs when scheduled.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors and perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
