You will be responsible for diagnosing and performing general maintenance and repair of structural and building fabric, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. You will also be expected to complete and document work orders and preventive maintenance tasks, advise the Maintenance Manager of identified issues, and maintain accurate documentation of inspections, repairs, and issues.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include performing general maintenance and repair of structural and building fabric, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, completing and documenting work orders and preventive maintenance tasks, advising the Maintenance Manager of identified issues, and maintaining accurate documentation of inspections, repairs, and issues.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- 3-5 years of hands-on facility maintenance experience
- EPA certification, HVAC/R experience preferred
- Welding experience preferred
