Job Description
ResProp Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to and completing work orders, performing maintenance tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience
  • EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification (strongly preferred)
  • Trade skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliance, etc.
  • Trade Licensing (preferred but not required)
  • Must have own hand tools
  • Must live within 30 minutes of community
  • Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Must have dependable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule
