Role OverviewThis position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
What You Will Do
Completes assigned work orders, preventative maintenance, and makes repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling, valid driver’s license, and be able to work a flexible schedule, including taking “call” during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
