Lessen is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician in Coral Springs, Florida to conduct general maintenance and repairs on properties. Technicians will manage their own work orders and are eligible for a quarterly bonus.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel within the region
  • 3+ years of experience in property management maintenance
  • Basic experience in all standard trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
  • Current driver's license and automobile insurance
  • Ability to lift, push, pull 50lbs regularly, up to 75lbs occasionally; and 75+lbs with assistance
  • Previous experience in property management or related trade.
