Job Description
Maintenance Technician at Monticello by the Vineyard, a multi-family community within IRT, a publicly traded Real Estate Owner and Operator. Responsibilities include completing service requests, troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or related fields
  • EPA I & II and CPO certifications preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally
