Job Description
Merete offers a supportive and welcoming workplace environment where associates can grow and develop. As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain the hotel and surrounding areas, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

  • Maintain and repair carpet, wall covering, furniture, painted surfaces, and other cosmetic repairs in guest rooms and public areas
  • Maintain and repair equipment in laundry, guest rooms and public areas
  • Repair irrigation and sprinkler systems
  • Maintain pool and pool area, including a hot tub
  • Keep adequate parts, materials, and supplies on the supply cart
  • Communicate parts and material needs to the manager in a timely manner
  • Attend all mandatory meetings
  • Report all unsafe working conditions
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the General Manager, Area Director of Maintenance, or Area Manager of Maintenance
