Role OverviewMaintenance Technician - Floating will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks on multiple properties, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The role requires a high school diploma and previous experience as a Maintenance Technician. The position is full-time, on-site, and requires a rotating on-call schedule.
What You Will Do
Complete work orders within designated time frames, perform maintenance tasks, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. The role also involves participating in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs.

Requirements
