Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of the physical plant under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. This includes performing electrical repairs, plumbing work, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks. The role requires EPA Certification and involves working in a variety of settings, including outside weather conditions.
What You Will Do
The Maintenance Technician will perform a range of tasks, including electrical repairs, plumbing work, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks. They will also be responsible for stock control and utilization of maintenance materials, as well as training other staff members.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Prior maintenance experience or experience in a related field
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license and be insurable
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Basic understanding of math
