They are seeking Maintenance Technicians to perform general maintenance and repairs on properties, manage budgets, and maintain excellent customer service. Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in property management maintenance or related trade
  • Ability to travel within the region
  • Current driver’s license and automobile insurance
  • Basic experience in plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, sheetrock, and exterior repairs
  • Holding a current or previous plumbing license is a plus
  • Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
  • Indicate willingness to travel within region
