Job Description
As the Maintenance Technician, you will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard-free environment. You will work on-site and be responsible for performing repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of basic building maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Flexibility to change work plans
  • Professional personal appearance
