Role Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, installing, and upgrading a variety of production equipment, facility systems, and building infrastructure. This hands-on position plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations, minimizing downtime, and ensuring equipment reliability.

What You Will Do

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems. Perform product and machine changeovers on manufacturing equipment. Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ramsey Maintenance Test score of 40 or higher and/or relevant industrial maintenance experience
  • Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred
  • Associate degree in a Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Electronics, Robotics, or related technical field preferred but not required
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with fabrication, welding, machining, and equipment repairs
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and measuring equipment
  • Strong communication, judgment, decision-making, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing production needs
  • Willingness to work alternate shifts as needed for training, vacation coverage, or business requirements
