Maintenance Technician - Sands Parc

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community in Daytona Beach, FL. AIR Communities uses industry leading technology for a modern approach to maintenance so our Maintenance Technicians can help as many residents as possible each day.

What You Will Do

Provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members. Follow AIR’s process for completion of basic apartment turns to make the apartment ready for the next resident’s perfect move-in experience. With general direction, complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month).
• A reliable mode of transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call after hours.
• Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
