Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our San Antonio location. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for driving resident satisfaction, driving property performance, and maintaining property value. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience, preferably in the multifamily or related industry
  • EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification strongly preferred
  • Trade skills including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliance, etc.
  • Trade Licensing preferred but not required
  • Must have own hand tools
  • Must live within 30 minutes of community
  • Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Must have dependable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule
  • *Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job such as lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
