Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the excellence of our SQF-certified food manufacturing facility. You will perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment while acting as a technical support resource and providing a multi-skilled service for our production team.
What You Will Do
Perform highly diversified duties to install, maintain, and repair all necessary equipment, verifying and testing all repairs to ensure they are completed with quality and accuracy. Utilize electronic equipment and software, maintain facility and equipment throughout the plant, and maintain a clean and well-organized work area.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment (food processing equipment experience desirable)
- Strong pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills; experience with PLC's and VFD's
- Ability to use logic and reasoning skills to identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Strong work ethic and commitment to attendance
- Ability to perform duties independently or with minimal supervision while maintaining a high degree of integrity
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes on the production line
