Job Description
Perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Requirements

  • EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
  • Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
  • State and Local certifications as required
  • Flexibility to work a rotating on-call schedule
