Role OverviewPerforms technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets the company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. Works with the on-site team to prioritize solutions and provide frameworks that drive journey metrics. Engages with residents, prospective residents, and stakeholders to understand needs and lead with the company's values.
What You Will Do
Completes assigned work orders, routine upkeep, and maintenance tasks. Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins. Maintains the grounds, common areas, and amenities. Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- State and Local jurisdiction certifications
- Current valid driver's license
