Apartment Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsibilities include maintenance and repair of apartment homes, grounds, and common areas, as well as on-call shifts and emergency response. $1,000 sign on bonus and competitive benefits package.

Requirements

  • General building maintenance experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to safely use small hand tools and power tools
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with safe driving record
