Job Description
ResProp Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will perform various maintenance tasks, respond to work orders, and provide excellent customer service. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of general maintenance/general repair experience
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
  • EPA Type I, Type II or Universal certification
  • Trade skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliance
  • Trade Licensing (not required)
  • Own hand tools
  • Live within 30 minutes of community
  • Dependable transportation
  • Varied schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the job
