Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician - Weekend is responsible for providing a safe and clean environment for residents, associates, and visitors. The role involves performing routine maintenance on community grounds and parking areas, as well as inspecting hallways and performing community trash removal.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of this role include performing upkeep of floors, inspecting hallways, performing community trash removal, and performing routine maintenance and repair throughout the community.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- One-year experience in a related field
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, residents, family members, and outside contacts
- Must know how to use a wide variety of maintenance equipment
- Must be patient and able to work with ill, disabled, or emotionally upset senior residents
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours
