Job Description
Maintenance Technician Level II position with a focus on facilities and equipment repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance. The candidate must have experience in the maintenance trades, formal apprenticeship or equivalent, and possess strong problem-solving skills. The role requires the ability to work independently or with others, and be willing to work a flexible schedule, including being on call and responding to call outs.

Requirements

  • Ability to work well with groups or independently
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Documentable experience in the maintenance trades
  • Formal apprenticeship or equivalent on the job training experience
  • Working knowledge basic industrial electrical & mechanical skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work off ladders and aerial platforms
  • Aware of costs, reduce or keep to a minimum expenditures
  • Independence
  • Must follow all safety requirements
  • Will attend training classes as required
  • Must Follow SOPs and adhere to quality and regulatory standards
