Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing general maintenance tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager. The position involves work orders, quality unit turns, maintaining the grounds, conducting preventative maintenance, and assisting with construction/rehabilitation needs of the apartment community.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include preparing vacant apartments, collaborating with the Maintenance Manager to coordinate the move-in schedule, managing open service requests through Yardi, and ensuring all work is completed according to SoCal Management standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 1-year experience performing the duties associated with a Maintenance Technician
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- HVAC and CPO certification preferred
- Knowledge of computer systems and applications, including Yardi, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
