Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician 2 repairs and maintains all mechanical, electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities and grounds of the property. The Maintenance Technician 2 works towards the common goals of satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations and optimal resident retention.
What You Will Do
Repair & Maintain: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property buildings and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more. Troubleshoot & Fix: Respond promptly to work orders, diagnose issues, and complete necessary repairs to ensure everything runs smoothly. Inspect & Report: Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
