Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for common area and apartment repairs in the scope of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. You will handle all aspects of the property's maintenance, including physical grounds, ensuring curb appeal through interior and exterior building inspections, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include efficiently completing all daily work orders within 24 hours, troubleshooting repair issues, working with the leasing staff team, responding to after-hours on-call emergencies, maintaining accurate records, and staying current on building codes and safety standards.

Requirements
- High School or GED education
- 1-3 years of direct experience working as a Maintenance Technician or related field
- Reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance maintenance, and snow removal

- Professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor
