As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help ensure our resort remains safe, beautiful, and fully operational.
What You Will Do
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues, complete general repairs, assist with HVAC and mechanical system maintenance, and maintain accurate maintenance records and work logs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Previous maintenance, facilities, or building maintenance experience preferred. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a positive attitude with a team-first approach.
