Maintenance Technician 3 - 2nd Shift

As a Maintenance Technician 3, you will perform complex maintenance and repair activities on production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, troubleshooting and repairing equipment to support production teams. You will maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety, GMPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

Perform complex repairs and preventative maintenance on bakery equipment, troubleshoot and resolve issues involving PLCs and automated control systems, install and maintain electronic and electrical control systems, execute major equipment overhauls, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

If you have 4+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience, experience in instrumentation, measurement, control systems, and industrial mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, and strong troubleshooting skills, you may be a fit for this role. Additionally, if you have experience working with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in food manufacturing, and skills in at least three of the following: refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or food process controls, you may be a strong candidate.

Requirements

• High school diploma with a minimum of 4 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience, or 6 years of equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience in instrumentation, measurement, control systems, and industrial mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and control system documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic computer proficiency for maintenance systems and communication
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment such as power tools, lifts, and forklifts
