Job Description
Westminster Woods on Julington Creek is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician 3 to work Friday through Monday. The position will assist in day-to-day maintenance of community property and village residences.

Requirements

  • Supervise maintenance staff on specific jobs or projects
  • Troubleshoot and perform major repairs to A/C units, plumbing and electrical systems
  • Troubleshoot and identify equipment or system problems
  • Direct other staff members on how to repair minor issues with equipment
