Job Description
Revere Plastics Systems is looking for a Maintenance Technician 3rd shift with experience in plastic injection molding maintenance and repair to join their maintenance team. The technician will be tasked with performing complicated repairs to hydraulic and electric machines and troubleshooting skills are essential for this position.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent and excellent mechanical aptitude.
  • Previous experience troubleshooting, electrical, hydraulics, air compressor, and air dryer work experience.
  • Knowledge of Ladder Logic and PLC experience required.
  • Knowledge of machine shop equipment, mechanical skills, troubleshooting and National Electric Code
  • Ability to read and understand basic electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
  • Ability to read blue prints.
  • Solid knowledge in industrial electricity, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Basic knowledge of OSHA regulations regarding equipment and power safety.
  • Ability to climb overhead structures, and to work underneath machines in close quarters in order to perform day-to-day tasks.
  • Good communication skills maintaining professional and respectful work environment.
  • Ability to work independently under minimum general supervision and
  • Ability to work additional hours on short notice, including weekends, is required.
