Role OverviewAs a Maintenance Technician at EGA Spectro Alloys, you will keep plant operations running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will maintain and repair motors, conveyors, and production systems, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and perform preventative maintenance and routine safety inspections.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and repairing motors, conveyors, and production systems, troubleshooting mechanical systems, performing preventative maintenance and routine safety inspections, and collaborating closely with Maintenance and Production teams to reduce downtime.

Requirements
- At least 1 year of mechanical experience or related background
- Basic experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, or electrical troubleshooting
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot and cold environments)
- Strong attendance, reliability, and time management
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment experience
- Background in recycling, foundry, aggregate, mining, or similar environments
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs
