Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician plays a key role in delivering prompt and professional maintenance services within our multifamily residential portfolio. Depending on business needs, this role may be assigned to a specific property or support multiple properties within a designated region. Responsibilities include addressing service requests, performing skilled repairs, preparing vacant units for turnover, and maintaining the overall appearance and safety of the property.
What You Will Do
Complete all assigned maintenance service requests and turnover work orders efficiently and professionally. Perform a wide range of repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, appliance repairs, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily or residential property management preferred
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
- EPA Section 608 HVAC Certification preferred
