Role OverviewThe Maintenance Technician assists in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include performing property maintenance needs, preparing apartments for new residents, completing work orders, and maintaining the property grounds and common areas.
What You Will Do
Perform any and all property maintenance needs, prepare apartments for new residents, complete work orders, perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical systems, small appliance repair, and HVAC service and repair.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have maintenance or 'handyman' experience, apartment/multi-family maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to respond to afterhours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation.
