Role OverviewMaintenance Technician B is an entry-level trainee who works with existing technicians to develop a proper skill set in the industrial maintenance field. The role involves learning to perform highly diversified duties, including installing and maintaining production equipment, and troubleshooting and repairing production machines. The technician will learn to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders, and will be responsible for maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of this role include learning to perform mechanic skills, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting and repair of production machines. The technician will also learn to use Maintenance Connection work order software and will be responsible for performing and understanding the importance of regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision, and will be able to distinguish color shade differences.
