Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years previous maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas.
  • Knowledge of GMPs.
  • Understanding of Food Safety Requirements.
  • Must be able to read, understand, and work with machinery blueprints and parts manuals.
  • Work without supervision.
  • Good decision making/problem solving skills.
  • Must obtain and maintain forklift certification.
  • Competencies: Decisive, pro-active, self-motivated, and assertive. Strong interpersonal and developed communication skills. Data analysis and identification of trends. Internal customer focus with the ability to adapt to the variable demands of the business.
