Job Description
Cirrus apartments in Ashland, MA has an opening for a full-time Maintenance Technician. The technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community, including general repairs, vacant apartment preparation, trash removal, and emergency repairs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or equivalent maintenance-related fieldwork
  • HVAC certification
  • CPO certification
  • CFC/EPA approved certification
  • Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to interact professionally and efficiently with prospects, residents, staff, and management
