Job Description
Refresco is a leading global independent beverage solutions provider seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the scheduled, unscheduled, and preventative maintenance and repair of beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical skills base, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, conveyor systems, and PLC usage. They will work collaboratively with adjacent teams to resolve issues and drive improvement.

Requirements

  • Adhere to all health and safety policies/procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) while in the warehouse or production areas
  • Responsible to adhere to food quality and food safety as per the standard(s) provided by corporate, customer, and/or governing bodies
  • Ability to perform and complete repair maintenance, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers
  • Able to troubleshoot machinery for malfunctions (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, & pneumatic)
  • Ability to work without supervision
