Role OverviewWe are seeking a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Specialist to maintain the facility for clients and staff, assist with preventative maintenance, and resolve operational safety concerns.
What You Will Do
Conduct daily maintenance and repairs, inspect the facility, maintain local and state required inspections, and manage preventative maintenance plans.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires a minimum of three years' experience in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical, and a valid state driver's license.
