What You Will Do
Responsibilities include responding to service requests, painting and grounds maintenance, resolving maintenance issues, preparing vacant apartments for market ready status, and providing customer service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of onsite experience, possess valid identification, and be able to lift 50+ lbs. and participate in an on-call rotation.

- Must be HVAC certified
