Role OverviewPerforms routine repairs and maintenance work for buildings and grounds, including minor heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Maintains all supplies, parts, and equipment belonging to the Facilities Department. Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, cleans sinks and toilets, polishes mirrors, and replenishes supplies. Performs other related work as required.
What You Will Do
Performs routine building maintenance activities, including minor plumbing repairs, carpentry work, and electrical repairs. Troubleshoots and repairs minor mechanical malfunctions and performs preventive maintenance on vehicles, dishwashers, laundry machines, and other equipment. Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, cleans sinks and toilets, polishes mirrors, and replenishes supplies.

Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two to three years experience performing maintenance and repair work for commercial buildings and grounds
- Valid State Driver License
