Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician I, you will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards, prepare apartments for occupancy, complete resident service requests and repairs, conduct preventive maintenance, and assist in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the community.

Requirements

  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • Ability to solve problems and multi-task
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, general labor, or comparable experience
  • Experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems, or similar
