Job Description
Maintenance Technician I will provide comfort and life-changing experiences to seniors by performing various maintenance tasks, including fixing machines, maintaining building surfaces, and working on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Requirements

  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks
  • Work independently and take instructions as needed
  • Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical faults in facility's systems
  • Read, speak, and write English
  • Enjoy and be able to work in a senior citizen environment
  • Read blueprints and schematics
